We invite clinicians and researchers to submit their scientific posters showcasing original research, case reports, or clinical innovations in urology and nephrology.

This is your opportunity to present your work, gain recognition, and engage with experts in a multidisciplinary forum.

SUBMISSION CATEGORIES

1. Original Research

Original studies presenting evidence-based studies, clinical research, and quality improvement initiatives in urology and nephrology.

2. Clinical Case Report

Reports of unique or complex cases that provide valuable clinical insights, highlight innovative management strategies, or demonstrate multidisciplinary care.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Abstracts must be submitted in English
  • Maximum length: 400 words
  • One submission per presenting author
  • Abstracts must be original and not previously published or presented
  • Abstracts should be submitted in PDF format
  • Only works submitted through Siloam Uro-Nephro Summit 2026 email will be accepted
  • File name should follow the following format: Abstract Title_Name of the Presenting Author

ABSTRACT PREPARATION

1. General Requirements
  • Abstracts must be written in clear and concise English
  • Submissions must present original work and should not have been published or presented previously
  • Content must be scientifically sound, ethically appropriate, and clinically relevant
2. Abstract Structure
Original Research

Abstracts should be structured as follows:

  • Background / Objective – Clearly state the rationale and aim of the study
  • Methods – Describe study design, population, and analysis
  • Results – Present key findings with relevant data
  • Conclusion – Highlight the main message and clinical relevance
Clinical Case Report

Abstracts should include:

  • Introduction – Brief context and significance of the case
  • Case Description – Key clinical findings, interventions, and outcomes
  • Conclusion – Clinical lessons or implications
3. Formatting Guidelines
  • Word limit: Maximum 400 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations)
  • Title: Maximum 20 words, should clearly reflect the content of the abstract, avoid abbreviations
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Page format: A4 with 1-inch margins
4. Authors and Affiliations
  • Include full names of all authors (without academic titles)
  • Clearly indicate the presenting author
  • Provide institution, city, and country for each author
  • Use consistent formatting for shared affiliations
5. Keywords

Include 3–5 keywords relevant to the abstract content

6. Figures and Tables
  • Maximum 2 figures and/or tables
  • Must be clear, relevant, and referenced in the text
7. Language and Quality
  • Use standard scientific terminology
  • Avoid grammatical errors and unclear abbreviations

SELECTION & PRESENTATION

  • All submissions will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee
  • Accepted abstracts will be presented as poster presentations
